DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at Petit Mignon without creating an account.

However, register with us would make your shopping experience much easier:

THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT IS NOW ON SALE, CAN YOU DO PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

Once your order is dispatched, we cannot do price adjustment for your order.

 

WHAT IS THE CVV?

The CVV/CVD/CVV2 number is a feature to give you increased protection against credit card fraud online.

Visa/Master Card :The CVV is the last 3 numbers printed on the signature strip on the back of the credit card.

American Express :The CVV or Security Code is the last 4 numbers printed on the front of the card above the card account number.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

Please let us know immediately if you have made a mistake with your address so we are able to change it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES PETIT MIGNON SHIP TO?

Petit Mignon ships worldwide, please enter your delivery address at Checkout. 

The shipping cost might vary depending on the weight of your order, destination and shipping method. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the courier we are using for your delivery. Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Petit Mignon has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. 

 

WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

You have 10 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Returns outside of this time period may be accepted at the discretion of Petit Mignon.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure your items are returned with all Petit Mignon and designer garment tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. You are responsible for shipping costs for the return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Final Sale items may not be returned.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE?

HOW TO REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@petit-mignon.com.
